Joint development proposal for Trinity power facilites Hearings before the Subcommittee on Irrigation and Reclamation on H. R. 6997, H. R. 7407, and H. R. 10005, to provide for the joint development of the Trinity River Division, Central Valley Project, California, by the United States and Pacific Gas & Electric Co., to reduce expenditures of the United States, to increase revenues of the United States, to encourage the most widespread use of the power generated at the lowest possible rates to consumers consistent with sound business principles, and for other purposes.
