Edward Flood
Edward Flood (24 June 1805 – 9 September 1888) was an Australian politician. He was a member of the New South Wales Legislative Council between 1851 and 1856 and again from 1879 until his death. He was also a member of the New South Wales Legislative Assembly between 1856 and 1872. He was the first Secretary for Public Works in New South Wales. Provided by Wikipedia-
