We go backstage at Christian Dior, where John Galliano presents a spectacular collection inspired by artists Gustav Klimt and John Singer Sargent. At Chanel Karl Lagerfeld creates a 70-foot high concrete cardigan jacket from which his models spilled onto a rotating runway. Hairstylist Odile Gilbert shows us around the studio where she creates extraordinary hair sculptures for Jean Paul Gaultier, Lacroix and Chanel
