Based on the true story of Marty, a tormented surfer and who relies on his longtime pal Bobby for rides to the beach and South Florida bars, despite the abuse Bobby gives Marty. When Bobby decides to turn his unwanted attentions toward Marty's new girlfriend, Lisa and her best friend, Lisa decides Bobby's reign of terror must end. Lisa forms a deadly plan to get Bobby out of the way for good. As the conspiracy unfolds, friends turn into enemies and casual acquiantances become co-defendants to a murder
